Having a problem programming the ALCA on this car, took out battery from keyfob but then the ignition does not turn with the battery removed from from keyfob and held to the start button . Any one ever did one if these cars ? Any help would be appreciated

Take the remote apart, hold the top of the board against the button

Thats exactly what im doing but as soon as i take the battery out from the remote and hold the board against the push start button absolutely nothing happens when i push the button and the key light starts flashing

We've seen the chip come not programmed from Nissan. Very rare but possible. Did you try your other key?

I didnt think to try the other key but now that you mention it i will definitely give it a try ...thanks guys .

The problem was when i was putting back the PTS button somehow the transponder receiver plug came loose so it wasnt reading the transponder fixed it and all is well ALCA progeammed right up. Thanks for all your help!
