Using a meter or oscilloscope, what would be the proper way to test the 200mA (-) output of a remote start for voltage and/or current?

Thanks!

Nevermind! It seems Avital remote starts will not process an unlock command if it thinks the doors are already locked. It will however flash the lights. Had to hook all 3 outputs up to the logic analyzer before I saw the pattern.
