Hi,
Ok so I been told the Viper 4205v is the same as the 4105v just a different receiver antenna and remotes.
That being said Im being told an AVital 4103LX can be converted to a Viper 4205v by Simply replacing the antenna and pairing the new remotes to it.
I was about to buy a 4205v to replace a 4103LX andgot told to just buy the antenna and remotes.

The main control units are very similar. the 4205 has a few more options that the 4103 does not. The antenna and remotes from the 4205 will work with the 4103. I would guess you will find that the remotes and antenna will cost very close to the complete 4205 kit.

The brain is the same. The 4105 and 4205 and 4115 will all say directed 4X05 on them. Same with the Python and Clifford versions too. You will just have to swap antennas and cable
