It would help if you listed yourconnections from the Viper to the truck. Also what,if any, bypass is being used.

Second 12 Volts    WHITE/ red (25A) + ignition harness
Starter BLACK/ white      + ignition harness
Ignition  BLACK/ red        + ignition harness
Second Ignition    BLACK / YELLOW     + ignition harness
Accessory pink + ignition harness
These are the wires I have in my car, I don't have a plain white wire. What do you mean by white?

There are 2 slightly different versions of your truck, the Standard / Access Cab and the Double Cab with variations on
V8 / V6 and Auto trans / Manual trans.  Your original post listed the Accessory wire as Blue/Red, hence my reply with
that type of Tundra.  If your trucks Accessory wire is Pink, here is the corrected info :

Assuming 2004 TUNDRA Double Cab

H3/1 PINK (+) IGNITION 1 INPUT/OUTPUT       BLACK/ Red          Ignition Positive Wire
H3/2 RED / WHITE (+) FUSED (30A) IGNITION 2 WHITE/ Red        +12V
H3/3 ORANGE (+) ACCESSORY OUTPUT        Pink       Accessory Positive Wire
H3/4 VIOLET (+) STARTER OUTPUT (CAR SIDE)        BLACK/ White       Starter   \
H3/5 GREEN (+) STARTER INPUT (KEY SIDE) BLACK/ White        Starter  /   cut vehicle wire
H3/6 RED (+) FUSED (30A) IGNITION 1 INPUT WHITE/ Blue         +12V
H3/7 PINK/WHITE (+) IGNITION 2          BLACK / YELLOW       Second Ignition Positive Wire
H3/8 PINK/BLACK (+) FLEX RELAY INPUT        Not Used   N/A
H3/9 RED / BLACK (+) FUSED (30A) ACC/STARTER      WHITE/ Blue         +12V
H3/10 NC (no connection)

I have tried what you suggested and it did not work.

Define "did not work", please.  There are a lot of possibilities depending on the actual problem symptoms.

Here is a photo of the trucks ignition switch connector with the wires marked ( from ReadyRemote ).

Are all of your connections soldered?

If the engine cranks but does not start and run, it could be a wiring problem or perhaps your truck is one of the few that
has a transponder based immobilizer system.

If the engine starts but shuts down within 5 seconds it could be a Tach issue.

If it doesn't crank at all but the instrument cluster lights up it could be a wiring issue.

It could be that the Vipers Neutral Safety wire is not grounded.

It could be the Vipers NSS is not plugged in and turned to ON.

It could be the Hood Pin wire grounded.

It could be that the Brake Input has +12V on it all the time.

If it does nothing but flashes the Parking Lights it could be Viper programming...

I could go on but...  Perhaps you could list all of your connections as Mr. Smoke requested in Post #2 and supply some
additional info as to the exact symptoms when you try a remote start.

What are the other connections you have from the viper to your truck?
Does it try to start? Dashboard lights coming during attemp to start.
Any flashes from the parking lights, assumeing the viper is connected to them. It will tell you the remote start error.

I hold the button that is supposed to start the car, the light on the remote blink 10 times and then afterwards all that happens is that the parking lights blink a few times. Can you give me some instruction on how to connect other wires?

How many times do the parking lights flash?

What other wires are you needing to connect?

Are you testing your wires with a DMM to verify the function there of?

Could you list the color of the wires at your ignition switch and the function. There seems to be different info between the Tundra and Tundra Standard/Access cab

The lights flash 7 times. I bought this car with a plugged in viper, the seller said he installed it himself. The lock and unlock of the doors and the siren for the driver's door. I think seller didn't connect some of the H1 wires and some are not connected. The ignition and function are colored like kreg's photo showed for 2004 Toyota Tundra double cab. Also, what is a DMM?

Is the vehicle a manual transmission or an Automatic?

Seven flashes indicate "manual transmission mode in not enabled"

If automatic can be changed to auto in menu 3, Item 1, Option 2.
This is listed in the install guide. A bit of a tricky timing and button pressing, but it is doable with patience and practice.

Kind of tough to help you when you say in your first post you were installing the Viper. Now you say you bought it with a plugged in Viper that the previous owner installed.
Makes a difference when trying to point you in a direction.

If you didn't install it, try removing the trim panels and trace all of the connections to what wire and test for the function, ie...12 volt...starter...starter 2...ignition...accessory.
Test with a DMM...Digital Multi Meter.

My car has automatic transmission. I'm going to reinstall because the Viper was incorrectly installed. I connected all the wires as told by Kreg and soldered the wires.

Ok. I looked at the page but I have no idea where the Valet switch is. Or so I need to buy the Bitwriter?

Check if it's built-in to the antenna.
