Subject: Add Windows Roll up module?
Date Posted: March 29, 2016 at 2:41 AM

I had a Honda Accord 09 and installed a Cardot Alarm system Remote start and PKE. The Cardot Alarm System has Window roll up -neg. output. I like to add Windows Roll up module. I seen some Windows roll up module diagram need to cut the window switch wire and connect to the window roolup module. My Honda Accord window switch connected to my factory alarm. How I can install the window roll up module? Thanks in advance.

2 windows n sunroof.

The cardot alarm system had the window roll up output. If press the lock it should roll up the window, if I connect the window rollup output.

I would use the DEI 529T or 530T depending on what you want to accomplish. You can find the manuals for both in the download section.

I like to do is if I press lock all windows are close. I seen the both Dei need to cut wiring. How I can install on my accord ? I checked my window wire say "use factory arm/disarm" can you help me how I wire the module?

Turn your door key in the driver door cylinder in the unlock position and hold it til all the windows roll down then hold in the lock position until all the windows roll up. Does your car function this way?

What's is the model of your cardot so I can see a schematic for it. Basically you have to connect your window roll up output the the rearm in the accord but I would like to make sure the circuitry of the two will mesh together

looks like the window roll up output is for 6 sec, unless I'm looking at the wrong manual. But, how do you engage the window roll up output? Do you have a manual that explains the features otherwise you'll have to deal with tech support.

Based on the info, you'll have to tie the (-) window roll up wire to the Accord's Factory Alarm Arm wire in the Driver's Door. In theory, based on the info, when you hit lock on the remote the factory alarm arm wire in the Accord will see a ground pulse for 6 sec and roll the windows up.

Here's a wire diagram with a photo of the factory alarm arm location:

I tried to connect the Cardot window roll up output from factory alarm arm but no luck. It should roll up?

It should roll up if you can trigger the windows with the key in the driver door cylinder. (Test) With the Windows's down and the doors closed (make sure the drivers door switch is plugged in) take a jumper and tie one end into the factory alarm arm wire and take the other end and hold it to ground. Do the windows roll up? If so, the cardot output isn't engaging on lock or you need a relay because the output doesn't have enough current to power the circuit

If u haven't already, you should make sure that you are getting a (-) output on the window roll up wire when you hit lock on the remote, otherwise a relay will serve no purpose.

I tried it ... Yes, the relay had 30/60sec. Pulse. But the window doesn't roll up .. Honda accord windows roll up works if you insert the key in driver door, then turn lock position and turn it again then hold. Windows n sunroof will roll up/close. I might need like second pulse and hold.

On the cardot unit ,when u hit lock on the remote, does the lock output engage at the same time as the window roll up or does the lock output pulse before the window roll up output

Lock output and window roll up output engaged same time.

How I can do lock output first then window output?

Did u test the theory on the FAA wire by pulsing it with ground 2 times to see if the windows rolled up otherwise we are fighting a lost cause

The lock need two times ground to roll the window up.

Cardot has the PKE passive keyless entry.

Sorry I meant what wire is the lock wire from the cardott tied into in the vehicle or is it running through a bypass module for door locks.

I run the Cardot lock and unlock output. I used DEI universal bypass.

I'm not following you with the dei universal bypass. Does that have anything to do with the door locks. This is crucial to solving your issue. Where is the lock wire from the cardot connected in order to lock your vehicles doors. If this makes it simpler for you, what is the lock output from the cardot connected to. If a bypass, what's the model number.
