I was installing a universal window roller module on a 2002 Toyota allion sedan of which i managed to do with some problems. Kindly note this car has auto roll-up and roll-down just by the way you press the button. Furthermore it has relays in all the for doors that control the rolling up and down. Now the problem i have is that the driver's side can no longer control the other windows except the driver's only. The Window roller switches on each individual door are working perfectly. What could be the problem?

Most common problem in vehicles of this age displaying issues like this is broken wires in the driver door wiring boot between door and vehicle.

Or you have the wires wired wrong for the module and it is no longer passing the signal out to the other doors or module is faulty. When module is at rest the vehicle wires should be pass thru module ie as they were still connected to each other (like the wire was never cut and module was never connected).
