Hey folks need to install a remote start in my daughters 2000 honda accord. It has a manual trans and just need a little guidance with the neutral safety switch hookup. Installed hundreds of remote starts 20 years ago mostly in automatics...only one in a manual. Little rusty you might say.

Do you already have a remote start unit picked out and does it have a manual transmission mode? I don't want to start with the obvious that installing a starter designed for automatic transmission in a manual or "bypassing" the clutch is stupid unsafe.

No, no unit picked out yet. Of course I'll be making sure it is designed for a manual trans, Just was wondering what additional connections were required and where to find them. I can't seem to find any lists or diagrams for a manual trans accord.
