OK so this is what I'm trying to do I installed window modules for making my windows go up and down all went well they work great with the remote when I added the 2 aux buttons on the smart start app I get an error message saying the aux buttons are disabled I read online it said call directed I called them and waited for 45 min for them to say the installer has to do it when I am the installer and directed them self's activated the smart start devices I have the smartstart device connected through the smartstart/bitwriter port on the 5706v. Is there something I am overlooking or is directed being difficult
