5906 viper install on 81-87 gbody

Have a 83 cutlass just got a few thing I can't figure out

I have 2 ignition wires but on the 5906
There is only red wire on the alarm where do I get the second 12 volt ignition input from


The other thing is in my car there is
3 ignition outputs I need to wire
Pink orange and brown
I hooked off the 10 wire remote start
Orange to orange
pink to pink
But unlike the older models there is not a third ignition output for the brown wire

What is all the heavy gauge flex wires for on this alarm

On the heavy gauge red, RED / white and RED / black are fed from either battery feed (12V+ constant) to fuse box, battery feed to ignition switch or even directly from battery.
Pink to first ignition.
Pink/white to second ignition.
Orange to ACC
If you need either more IGN
Use 24 pin plug and a relay pink to 85
12V+ constant, 30 amp fused to 87 and 87 output to second ignition from 30.
Or more ACC
Use 24 pin plug orange to 85 30amp fused, 12V++ to 86 and 87, 30 to required ACC
In either or both of the above 1N4004 diode between 85 and 86, band to 86.

Ignore the pink/black flex wire.

RED / black says 12v acc/starter input I can run this to my second red 12v

Pink black flex ignore it

So i will connect the RED / white and red black to the 12 volt battery wires on my column for a 12v constant feed

So this pink/white I can use as my 3rd ign wire I need then Like on the 791vx and 5901 vipers

Confusing as the pink/white says flex relay output
And the RED / white flex relay input

If I can use that as an acc output like the older vipers then I have the third I need without the small 24 pin wires
Running relays

The heavy pink and the orange acc off the remote start harness are my 1 and 2 outputs was one short

Another couple of questions

1 using the orange 500ma ground when armed output off the main 6 pin for the windows modules
Will I run into it rolling the windows up when remote starts the car or will in need to diode isolate unnoticed on the programming menu on this alarm
It says linking in menu 2 when linking aux outputs
Says link to arm,disarm,or both or even on remote start
I just want it to roll up windows when arming alarm I hated when I started the 791 I removed it rolled the windows up until i diode isolated the ground when armed orange wire


Second the lights are not flashing when arming or disarming or staying on with car remote started
Any ideas here worked perfect when removed the 791 and I just removed the white wire off the 791 and connected the white wire off the 6 pin not sure what this. New white /brown stripe parking light isolation wire is


This should be it everything else was so smooth
