I installed one of these today in a customers vehicle. It hooked up fine and worked fine with the standard remote control but the two way remote was useless. You could start the car with it but it would not show the doors locking or let you shut the cars engine down. I called the tech support and they said that I did not have the remote programmed properly. I re programmed it and it did not change anything. They told me to ship the brain and the two way remote back to be bench tested. I was just wondering if anyone has run into the same thing before? Thanks in advance. Brian

I have never seen that problem, I would not worry about it, I am am sure it was just a defective transmitter.
