Hey guys, I'm fairly new to remote start installs, I've done a couple of a dball2/avital installs and a couple of FORTIN Evo-All installs with the plug and play T-Harness. My question is, for the vehicles that do not have the option for a T-harness, can they still be used for the 3x lock/start on the factory fobs? Car in reference is 2007 Ford Fusion.

the 2007 ford fusion does NOT support the 3x lock to start feature the t-harrness had nothing to do with it

Got it. So the 3x lock really depends on the vehicle, not whether a T harness is available for that vehicle or not.

Yes the 3x lock is more for newer cars that have computer controlled ignition systems
The t harness are for faster cleaner easier installs
