Searched to no avail... I just installed an Avital 2101L in my 1994 Lotus Esprit S4. All works as it should except for one thing, the turn signals.

The only place I could find to connect the white wire from the Avital was at the hazard light switch in the dash which has TWO outputs; one for left side and the other right side lights. What I did was split the White from the Avital and ran one to each wire at the hazard light switch. Success, at least partially, the lights blink when press the lock or unlock buttons on the remote.

BUT.. when driving the car the turn signals no longer work.... Guessing I need to put some resistors? Maybe a relay?

THANKS for any help!

Diode isolate the white wires so you keep the 2 circuits separate. Right now you have both sides connected together.

I'm not sure what each side draws for current you would need to measure that to find out what size diode you would need.

You can also use 2 relays to isolate the 2 circuits vs the diodes.
