Xpresskit DBALL2
I follow xpresskit install diagram using D2D and connect only these wires:

14-Pin Harness, BLUE
3.TAN/BLACK
4.TAN
10.ORANGE / RED
11.YELLOW/RED

12-Pin Harness, RED
10.YELLOW/BLACK
11.ORANGE / BLACK

10-Pin Harness, BLACK
Not Used

4-Pin, WHITE
D2D to Viper

Remote start function works fine

Here are the problems:

1/ Somehow, Viper remotes only arm/disarm but don't lock/unlock.
OEM remotes lock/unlock just fine.
But if I remote start and while the engine is running, I can use Viper remotes to lock/unlock the doors.

2/ When I remote start, Viper locks all doors automatically. Is that normal behavior?

3/ No light flashes when arming/disarming. Should I connect wire 05.Parking Light Output?

Any idea would be great.
Thanks

i can see no reason why it would work with the car running and not while off. this sounds like a firmware issue and that can happen on new cars when they first come out. the "simple" solution would be to try using W2W with the lock and unlock wires directly with the bypass OR interface just the locks of the car manually with the vipers wires.

Do I need to unplug the D2D harness and go completely W2W like all the dotted lines shown in the image above? OR just for lock/unlock wires?

Quick update: connecting lock and unlock wires from Viper to dball yields no result. Viper remote still can't unlock or lock, but arming only.
I also check the signal of lock and unlock wires with my multimeter and confirm there were locking pulses when arming with Viper remote.

The db-all (and any other module) uses the can bus wires to control the door locks while the car is running and the rda wire when the car is off. This is your problem, the rda. Also, park lights through data is hit or miss. Just hardwire it from the remote start to the car.

Hi all,
Thanks all for your help.
So like beegbie said, it was exactly a loosed RDA wire. As a result, I spent my afternoon soldering all the connections. No more T-tap for me. That fixes the remote problem.
I still have another problem related to the Parking Light Output. So I hardwired it from the Viper to Pin 30 of the white 30-Pin Plug which is on top of fuse box. Now, parking light flashes when remote starting but whenever I put my light into auto mode, my high beam is ON together with low beam.
There is one thing I am not sure about is the color of the 30th wire on that plug. On Bulldog site, it's BLACK wire, which is the same as my car now, while in the electronic repair manual I am using, it's a WHITE one. Although both sources show that 30th wire runs from the 18th wire of the headlight 20 Pin plug. posted_image

Wire color charts are nice but this is why they should not be trusted. Use a meter or a test light and find the wire that is at ground when the switch is in the auto position then cut it and wire the ORANGE / red yellow/red to it.

So now things' working fine.
Only a small issue left. How do I get the viper to unlock only driver door like OEM remote? Right now it unlocks 4 doors (like viper sent 2 unlocks pulses). I already selected 1 unlock/lock pulse for viper and 'Driver Priority' option for DBALL2 but it doesn't help.

Also, anyone has experience running wires through firewall for Camry? I have a 2004 camry and the wire grommet was like right there on the right corner of engine bay. Not with this 2017. I saw a grommet but it's all the way on the passenger side though.
