hi I just installed a viper 4105v and a dball2 in my Toyota tundra. the remote start and everything works fine. I tried installing the smart start and when I get online to install the smart start it says "failed" to connect to vehicle. not sure what else to do, was a little unsure on which plugs to attach from the smart start to the module. used the black 3 pin and it shows synched but still looking for cell phone signal. any help would be appreciated. maybe not being a dealer it wont connect online even though I made an account? thank you
