Hello

I just bought this module from Ebay BM1 and trying to program the module. I got this message

"Module has reached its key cloning limit. Please contact technical support for more information".

Should I contact the seller to ask him to call tech to remove previous cloned key?

Apparently you bought a used piece that was already cloned/programmed. Yes, send it back to the seller...for a refund.
