Looking for advice. I'm not a dealer or professional installer. I have an xkloader2 and I thought I could register with directechs.com for free and access the web based flash tool to flash my dball2. The website even says so. But it gives me an error. (see below) Any advice? Do I have to ditch the xkloader2 and take my module (dball2) to an installer and pay to have it flashed?

I'm having the same issue, although I've seen other posts confirming that Directed no longer provides flash software access to non-dealers. Has anyone had luck with Flashlogic or other brands for flash updating a Viper remote starter?
