Is the toggle switch in the "on" position (and installed)?

Do not see a toggle switch or a spot for one it has a thing called a control center and that works

If you select the second picture, you'll see the 2-pin switch I'm referring to.

If it's 8 flashes and not 10, the owner's manual lists "toggle switch off" under remote start faults.

Do you see the black unused 2 pin port on the same side as most of your other harnesses? Try something like this:

Okay. I'd double check the number of flashes, then. The manual has nothing listed for 10 flashes.

Ok so I went through and found out that the ten flashes was because I was activating car finder so now that I know that it flashes the lights 7 times and help with that ??says something about manual transmission mode but I don’t see a wire for that?

If your vehicle is automatic, it needs to be programmed as such. Manual is the default. Menu 3 option 1.

Which wire from the remote start do you have connected to which wire in the vehicle for your starter connection? Have you tested these for proper voltage when you try to remote start?

I connected the violet wire to my truck for the starter when initiating remote start there is no voltage coming out of the box to my truck if I send power to it it does crank over and start

Did you ground the neutral safety wire?

Good call, tdbaker021.

It maybe labelled as a parking brake wire, but it needs to be grounded. Black/white pin 13 of the 24 pin harness.

Then it's likely the unit's no good. Being as such, there is no warranty, as you're installing it yourself. It wouldn't hurt to open it up and look for something obvious.
