i have a avital 5105l and trying to figure out why when the alarm goes off and i unlock the truck and turn the key on it doesnt reset the alarm can someone give me any info maby i missed hooking up a wire

Do you think you could tell us make model and year, then what you've wired to where orthewrwise no one is going to answer you because where does one start?

its a 1994 chevy c 1500. so far all i have hooked up is door locks, siren, and park lights.

Try hooking up ignition and if this a remote start program safe start, also look in the vehicle wiring in case your vehicle is there.

The wire on your ignition switch that goes to 12V+ on IGN (panel lights on) and stays live during cranking, connect to the PINK heavy gauge wire from the 5105.

You really should wire up the heavy gauge wires etc. etc. before asking these questions also when you join, solder.
