I'm using a 5706V with DB3, there is no output to IGN during remote start so no crank. From my understanding, the Bypass (DB3) should supply the IGN signal during remote start, as the installation manual shows the IGN from the R/S unit being isolated by diode to receive IGN input but not supply output.

Is my thinking correct? I'm testing the outputs from the DB3 with a meter and it ouputs ACC but no IGN.

Verify that you have voltage on the brown 12V+ input at the DB3.

I'm not at the unit to test, but the ACC output has power during the RS process. At this point I'm thinking there's something wrong with the flash, but have no way to verify or reflash with DEI's dealer only policy.

Looked at the wiring break-down for the bypass and noticed the Brown 12V referenced a relay pin, and IGN reference another pin. In other words the IGN out is supplied by brown wire, and ACC supplied by D2D voltage. Low and behold, no voltage a brown wire (must be bad solder). I'm sure this will take care of it once I power this wire. Thanks for you help.
