Hey guys / gals, was wondering if someone would have an idea that I haven't thought of or have even seen this problem before.
I have a vehicle that has the Automate 4114a installed, (not by me) where the remote start is not working.
It looks to be installed correctly and has worked in the past from what I am told.
When you lock the doors from the OEM keyfob, the control center with button and led does start flashing once the car was locked, stops when unlocked, so I know it's communicating with the car.
Also, if you hold down the button on the remote for the Automate long enough, the relay does start clicking (as if it were flashing the lights) which indicates the remotes are paired.
The lights and horn were never hooked up to the Automate as it was intended for remote start only.
However, when you push the button to remote start the car, nothing happens, period.

This is on a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500, and it looks to be an AutoMate 4114a.
I checked the toggle switch and it's set currently to on, harness looks to be secure and fuses seem to check out.
Wondering if anyone has seen this before or has some ideas I can try for more troubleshooting.
Thanks in advance.

Only push the remote's button for one second. Watch for the parking lights to come on. They may flash after a few seconds. If they do flash, count the flashes as it will indicate the trouble code. If still nothing happens, unplug the white 6 pin plug for 30 seconds and then retry. Check that the battery in the remote is good.
