Quick run down, I have a kill switch & remote start installed. I want to be able to remote start the vehicle with the kill switch enabled, essentially bypassing the kill switch. However if the vehicle is not remote started and tried to start with the switch enable (being stolen), it won't start.

I am trying to use input from both remote start and kill switch, so if either one shows 12v it will start the vehicle. Both inputs wired to 86 with a diode will do it?

Use a relay with the contacts 30 and 87 in parallel with your kill switch. Your Remote Start should have an output that is active while the RS is running the engine. DEI calls it "Status" and is dk blue, or "2nd Status" which is blue/wht and has to be programmed to Status. Other manufacturers may call this output Grounded When Running.
Put Status or GWR to #85. Hot at all times to #86. When the RS begins the sequence to start, the relay will close, bypassing your open kill switch, and it will start.

One side effect will be that if you do a key takeover, remember to flip your kill switch on first, or the engine will die when you disable the RS with key takeover.
