I’m looking to install a viper 5706v in a 2007 Escalade. It has the factory remote start already and I’d like to only use the viper remote for everything. I found the diagram on here but I think it’s for the non remote start version? Does anyone have a good diagram for it?

IF you want to control OEM R/S, and Door Locks with Viper remotes then you should have gone with the xl202, XK01, and the RF kit of your choosing for Range Extender Ready(RXT), For full remote start add-on the dball or XK09 data module for Remote Start Ready(RSR), and the RF Kit with the remotes of your choosing.
Otherwise you will be doing the complete install for R/S which will eliminate the OEM 2 R/S limitation and 10min only run time.
I believe the new DS4(+) will also do what the xl202 does with the RF remote kit add on of you choosing. They are phasing out the full install units for the DS4+ at some point in the future.
These are the most common ways of doing this that I'm familiar with, there are other newer ways to do what you want also.
Here is the INFO page for the XL202:https://www.directechs.com/product.aspx?sku=XL202
