Is there a unit or a way to wire a relay(s) to convert a latched output into a multiple pulse output. For example to simulate multiple presses on a seat heater switch.

Probably with an LM556 timer. Is the trigger positive or negative. Are the output pulses needing to pull the switched terminal of your seat heater switch to a positive voltage or to ground?

Each negative pulse cycles through the heat settings
