It should be at the main ignition switch harness. Typical Ford trucks have several Yellow and
Light Green/Purple wires there that will test as +12V constant. Always verify and test with a
Digital Multi Meter before making any wire connections. If you find multiple +12V constant wires
at the ignition switch, it is best to split the Viper R/S load between them.

Thank you for your quick response so when i wire up the relay for the 3rd ignition the car behaves as if the key is in the ign in the acc position. As in car stereo is on power windows work without key in ignition. And on the 556u bypass is that all the wiring i need or do i need to use the ring as well?

The 556U is controlled by the R/S system to turn ON during R/S run time. A working key is placed inside the 556U, in a coil the reads the chip. The 556U's antenna wire is run up to the ignition cylinder and placed in a position to radiate the chip info sent to it from the 556U to the cars antenna, as if a key and chip were in the cylinder. So, yes, the 556U antenna must be used and located properly on the ignition cylinder.
