quick info: i worked on a 2014 civic, and a 1998 accord recently. both cars i installed a viper 5706. in the civic, everything went smoothly. the accord everything but the door locks is working. yes, i used the wires from the passenger side panel. something is hinting to me that the brain of the alarm is whats wrong. so i had both the civic and accord come, and i tried to swap the brains. of course i used the correct remote, but when i swapped the brains there was no response when i used the remotes. so i put the original brain back to the right cars, and the remotes work again.
is there something else im missing?! why wouldnt the alarm work when i swapped the brains?
