i've install the alarm, but the remote control sec-rc001 does not response. i find the serial no of the main unit and the remote control is diffrent. the main unit is 20507733, two sec-rc001are 20507731. i dont know if this is right . or i have to recode the remote control for the main unit?

Please me some advise, and thanks a lot

Try Reprogramming the remote. It might have been a repair sent back in a different box. It happens sometime
