I need some help as I tried to install the Viper 5901 with DBALL3 on the Rave 4 2016 H key.
I have to unlock the car before remote start or I can't unlock or lock the vehicle. Please help

You might try connecting the factory disarm wire, and programming it to pulse when remote started.

To update on the issue. I tried what you have said and it didn't work either. When you said to program it to pulse is that 1 pulse or 2 pulse menu 2 option 8 per 5901 installaton manual.
This DBALL 3 don't even take over the brake and parking light and factory alarm I believe. It only make it be able to start. I have to manually connected the parking light, door trigger, brake wire which is not required per DBALL wiring diagram.
What data wire to setup to these connections on the DBALL3. Please help.
