BRAKE WHITE/BLACK (+) @ SWITCH ABOVE BRAKE PEDAL

TRUNK RELEASE BLACK/YELLOW (-), (Requires Relay) @ HATCH RELEASE SWITCH

Truck Release

PARKING LIGHTS ( + ) RED/BLACK (+) @ BACK OF FUSEBOX, TOP MIDDLE PLUG

Im assuming your not testing what you connect to you should be using a meter and testing every wire before connecting to it.

have been testing for voltage. got meter. hooked break to white\black car still runs after pedal is pushed.

trunk wire found in dkp believe it is (-) cause its thin and goes from 12 v to 6 when switch is pushed to pop it.need to know how to make sure it is (-)
not in car to tell wire color. have relay to hook up. spst just need the diagram and to know if the wire need to be cut or just tapped and soldered

oh and got parking lights on front
Notes: Can also use RED / yellow (+) at the front of the fuse box, 18 pin plug, pin 15.
but will try the back as a more reliable source.

Okay found out why the car would keep running even with the break pedal pressed. the black/white parking break wire has to see ground for the transponder to start. once it no longer sees ground the engine will be killed. so it acts like a neutral safety switch. reads 0v to start and any voltage seen will kill engine. so i put it on the break pedal with the brown break wire. and that fixed the problem.

the parking lights are done now. i put them onto the blue wire (-) in the factory alarm harness in the car. without a relay and made sure the alarm was set to (-) and it now works also.

the only things now to do are the dome light and I still cant get the trunk release relay wiring right. done it like it was shown above. thinking it might be the switch in the door. going to replace it tomorrow.

Ok so I have no Idea how to to this. I have a 04 crv and an avital 5103 alarm/starter with a (-) trunk release wire red/wht.
I have a spst relay and a spdt relay. I have a known ground and 12v+.

I need to know where the best place to get the blk/ylw wire for the hatch glass at. dkp or at switch.
I need to find out how to tell if its (+) (-) switched to open the glass and how to wire the relay.
I need to know if I cut the blk/ylw wire or Tap into it.
Pictures would be very nice.

you probably don't even need the relay. If its just sending a negative pulse to the trunk glass release its already activating a factory relay. I would just try running the red white to the black/yellow in the driver kick 22 pin grey plug pin 16 to pop the glass if that is all you are wanting. If your trying to pop the hatch door then yes you'll have to use the the relay from the diagram for a positive output to the black/yellow @ the factory alarm plug left of steering column in the green 22 pin plug
