any one got a remote start/alarm diagram wiring listing and I guessing it uses passlock III?

As far as I know, its still passlock 2 and the same as an 02 for wiring. BTW, it would be called Passkey III if it does have the newer system and the shaft of the key would say "PK3"

Yes, the 2003 is the same as the 2002.
