Help...
I'm installing a simple (….) alarm system in my cargo trailer.
I attempted to program an output (white blue wire) to supply a latched output to drive a relay, to illuminate the interior and 2 exterior lamps.
To program, I needed a door open signal (a grd) and ignition on (+) which I wired in, then press the valet switch 4x etc. etc. It didn't seem to follow the instructions. No flashes or chirps.
Seems now, the flashing light on the valet switch (acts as a an alarm active led) is dead (It was lit solid for a time) and the alarm siren will not chirp when the alarm is activated or de-activated. If I push the panic button, the siren sounds.
So now, it seems to arm, in that the marker lights on the trailer flash once on arm, and twice on dis-arm, but that's it.
If it was in "learn" mode, it should have timed out.
Did I blow something up? Is there a way to set this thing back to default programming?
Thanks guys!
Mike
