I have a CM7200 remote start module that I want to install in a 2013 Mazda CX-5, push-to-start, automatic.
1) Does any one know if this vehicle uses low current ignition wires.
2) If the Mazda CX-5 does use low current, can I use the high current harness instead without causing damage/problems, because I don't have a low current harness for my CM7200.

You DO NOT need low current wires. Use main harness to connect your 12V, Ignition, Starter, Accessory wire.
