I think these units have to be configured through a dealer. Is your unit already activated with service?

I’ve never used either product but I found a YouTube video that shows a guy setting his up. His remote start unit is different than yours but perhaps it will lead you in the right direction. https://youtu.be/fJOlcraf3xY

Are you getting the yellow and green indicator lights in your Linkr as seen in the video? Maybe there is a setting on your remote start that needs to be changed to recognize the communication port between the 2 devices? I don’t have access to the Linkr install manual. If you upload it maybe I can help you figure it out.

Did you contact the reseller to see if they could offer any guidance?

Was the whole learn routine successful?

TEP 8. LEARN THE TELEMATICS DEVICE TO THE EVO-ONE
In order to communicate with the remote starter, the MyCar must be learned to the EVO-ONE. 1 - Cycle the ignition to the ON position.
2 - The YELLOW LED on top of the EVO-ONE should come ON.
3 - Press and Hold the EVO-ONE push button for 5 seconds.
4 - The parking lights and the RED LED on the side of the EVO-ONE will turn ON.
5 - Release the push button.
6 - Press and Release the push button 5x times. Everytime the push button is pressed the parking lights
and the RED Led on the side of the EVO-ONE will blink.
7 - Then Press and Release the Brake pedal.
8 - Seconds later the RED LED on the side of the EVO-ONE will blink once to confirm that the MyCar ID has
been learned to the EVO-ONE.
9 - Cycle the vehicle’s ignition to the OFF position to Exit the EVO-ONE programming.

I'd use a meter and test continuity between the 2 plug ends of the crossover harness for the blue wire and also the white wire. Seems like if everything else is working then maybe it's not making a good data connection. That's my last suggestion. Good luck. Let us know when you get this sorted out.
