This was installed a few months ago but the responder is beging to act up...when you press the button (unlocking/locking  or remstarting) the unit doesnt send the signal and beeps (as if you are out of range).  After tapping it on the car it will then work.   The remote has not been abused or dropped.  I was just wondering if any other installers are experincing problems.

BTW... i am begining to dislike the unit more everyday.  The buttons get pressed easy in your pocket and you only have one remote unless you pay for another.   According to the rep the normal remotes wont work... is this correct?
