I recently purchased a Compustar cs4900-s off amazon and installed it into a 1995 Chevy Tahoe. No chipped key or anything. Using wiring diagrams and a YouTube video I made a relay pack for the door lock/unlock and trunk release. While I was working I realized the unit doesn’t have the CN4 six pin plug. Which the trunk release is on. The manual that came with it says ‘optional part’. Does anyone know where I get this wiring harness? Once I find it do I need to to anything to the brain to activate this feature?

Search ebay for this number: 272841561201
I can't tell you for sure, since I've never dealt with Compustar, but I doubt you'd need to activate anything.

Would I have to use the door lock wires from this harness or do I just connect the purple/white to trunk release and cap off the others?

If you're already connected to the lock/unlock wires on the CN3 harness, I don't see why you would. Use either or and cap off which ever ones you don't use.

Ok cool. I have a harness on order and will put it in as soon as it arrives.
