hi there there's anyway to reset a smart start cause my its not working the smart park ,everything else working just fine ,I did not pay extra for this service but I have it installed before using a old version of directed smart start and they all have the feature of smart park working just fine this is my first time on viper smart start and I got his problem never have with my customers before using directed smart start from directed not even with those old version 200 , there's any difference in between DSM and VSM to not have my working with smart park ? there's a problem with the module? the only thing I can see its my own location of my phone not the car location thanks

I did a hard reset and it works fine
