1992 Toyota MR2 manual, with Compustar FT-7000AS CONT MAX IT & Pro T12 remote kit.
Alarm and remote start fully functions, no issues at all. However I cannot get the EZGO to perform the proximity unlock/disarm & lock/arm function.
This is what I did.
- Set Option 1-14 setting to 4 using OP500
- Connect Blue 6 pin connector from EZGO antenna cable to control module
- Grounded ground wire from EZGO cable
- Programmed EZ100-R remote. I can arm/lock & disarm/unlock system using button in back of remote
- Enable proximity lock/unlock feature successfully (light flash once) by holding remote button for 8 seconds.
Doesn’t matter what distance I try the EZGO antenna would not recognized the EZ100-R remote.
No sure what else I am missing.
I notice in the master installation guide, EZGO was mention under CN5 Pin 12 Brown/White (Key Sense INPUT). Is this wire required for proximity lock/unlock?
