I have an 2017 accord sport with a viper 5706v remote start install two year ago. It had be working fine but now after the car sits overnight when I remote start the car the alarm trips!!! The thing is it only happens after the car sits for around 6-8 hours once it’s started it works fine the rest of the day!!

Which alarm goes off, the factory alarm, or the Viper?
Did you do the install, or was it done by a shop?

I really don’t know I think it’s the factory because when it goes off the viper remote will not disarm it! I have to cut the remote start off then hit the unlock button on the factory alarm for it to stop then restart with the viper remote start and it was professionally installed

Call the shop and schedule an appointment. Tell them what's happening, and ask them to program Smart Lock.

I have taken the car back several times but same results they can’t figure it out because the car will be working fine when at the shop. The only time I have problems is the first time starting it in the morning

Ideally, then schedule it to be left there locked inside the bay overnight. Do this at a time when you don't need it the next morning.
My advice is to be the squeaky wheel. Be persistent and get the manager, regional manager, etc. until you're satisfied.
I say this because if you try to tear into the wiring and mess something up, they could try to wash their hands of the situation.
