I will be installing a viper 5706v with the db3 into a 2016 toyota corolla with regular key and no factory alarm. Is there a way to install the viper alarm so I can also use the factory toyota remote to arm and disarm the alarm? Thank you.

You maybe able to use factory key fob but you really don't want that. The factory key fob has a range of 50-75 feet if your lucky where the 5706v will have (if i remember correctly) a one mile 2 way remote letting you know that the car has been started,locked/unlocked,security,ect

33 years as a installer now just a retired old guy. Favorite thing to install/topic are remote starts/car alarms. Stop using test lights!!!
