I have a 2001 Toyota Camry 4cyl. Regular key. I just installed a Compustar CS800-S remote start. Everything works great except the door lock. Unlock works fine. I hear the Compustar module click while trying to lock but the doors do not lock. What am I missing? The door locks according to wiring diagrams are - output and I have the Compustar Blue/Black wire to the Camry’s Dark Blue/White wire. I do not have a relay in there. What am I missing? Do I need to add a relay? Do I need to do something with the door trigger wire? I’ve attached the manual for the Compustar and 2001 Camry wiring diagram.

Did you test the wire with a meter?

NOTE #6: the LOCK and UNLOCK wires are 18 gauge and WILL ONLY METER while turning the Key in the PASSENGER DOOR KEY CYLINDER, they will not meter when using the power door lock switch.

I did test it with a multi meter however I went back through my wiring and I tapped the wire right beside it which was the same colors on accident. Thanks for your input.
