Hi. New here and am having issues with a 2012 Ford Fusion. Has a audiovox prestige aps901c starter and a Audiovox Prestige RX14PBL Antenna. The unit stopped working all together recently and wondering what it could be. Then antenna seems to not have power. (No LED lights flash) No idea where to start and the shops around me do not work on these units. Thanks for any help!

Do you have both remotes that came with the system, or only one?
If you only have one remote, try replacing the battery. If that doesn't make a difference, do a visual inspection to check for anything obvious (something unplugged, poor ground, blown fuses, etc.). Assuming nothing obvious, verify proper power and ground at the main unit. You can also unplug the antenna cable at both ends and verify the continuity of each conductor.
