I have a idatalink ADS-ALCA with a Viper 5704. It was installed in a 2005 GMC envoy with the inline 6. Did a motor swap and installed a 5.3 from a 2003 Silverado. Changed the ECM and delete the VATS out of the ECM. THe car runs and drives just fine. ALL factory electronics work as they should. Did a factory reset on the idatalink module and weblinked it with the newest firmware for the 03 Silverado. When I click the lock and unlock buton on the remote the lights flash but the locks do not work. Then when clicking the the remote start button the the lights will flash, the remote start clicks but the vehicle does not start. Is this a VATS issue? or something else?
