Hello all. I've done 5 ultra starts, a couple of bulldogs on gm products and a 4runner between 6-10 years ago. I recently bought 2005 yukon and maybe im overthinking it but I'm guessing I should wire it D2D to keep it simple but I'm curious as to which wires to connect (or maybe easier which wires I don't connect)from the avital to the yukon. Just the 6 heavy wires and the data wire takes care of the rest? I guess I'm curious as to what the INT-SL+ takes care of and what the 4105L still needs.

I cannot find the installation manual for the INT-SL+, but other modules I've installed on that vehicle don't give foot brake outputs. Otherwise, you may only need the parking light output, and you should be good.

Here is a link to the INT-SL+ Install Guide :

https://cdn02.fortin.ca/download/46281/int-sl+_revj.pdf

There is a chart that lists what the INT-SL+ handles for
any given vehicle it supports. As per above, the Foot Brake,
the hood pin and horn would still be necessary for the 4103
and a 2005 Yukon. The INT-SL+ handles the Parking Lights
via data.

Thanks 97 and kreg! Kreg357 I have read all of your posts concerning the gm suv installs. I understand now the D2D thing. Too bad it's not universal. So going forward it'll be W2W.
