i wouldn't worry about the are wire since chevy arms on lock just to the disarm wire, no relay needed-

Factory Alarm Disarm lt. green (driver door key cylinder)- BCM in center console below radio, purple plug, pin B3

as for the door triggers use the green door trigger on the viper

Left Front Door Trigger       tan     BCM in center console below radio, purple plug, pin B4
Right Front Door Trigger     orange          BCM in center console below radio, purple plug, pin B2
Left Rear Door Trigger     dk. blue/white     -     BCM in center console below radio, lt. blue plug, pin B11
Right Rear Door Trigger     same as left rear door trigger

Hi I have a 2000 Chevy blazer I have a viper 5305v remote start and security I have everything hooked up and working fine except for horn honk I hooked it up to the schematic for the horn and still have nothing wanted to know if it’s something to pre-program from factory to stay off and I would have to turn it on or is there a way I can test that the brown /black wire has 200ma

You can see if the output is enough to trigger a relay. Connect terminal 85 to the horn output wire of the alarm. Connect 86 to positive 12 volts. Set and trigger the alarm (open a door, etc.). Feel/listen to the relay to see if it's clicking. If it is, the output of the alarm is working.
