I have a door  unlock problem with my 2000 Chevrolet Venture. I am able to lock and unlock door from the keyless remote but unable to unlock  from interior switch. The interior switch door lock work fine.

This warner Bros. Venture is fully loaded and is also equipped with a lot of user's programable configuration.

I have checked the driver and helper door switches and they are working fine, both switche's white wire go to ground when i activate it. Do i have a hardware problem or is it just a wrong programmation ?

Also, does someone knows how to reset this vehicle with GM's default settings

Your manual should tell you how to reset the factory features. I actually have a 2001 but lost the manual so I went to the dealer and they had a spare 2000 manual around so that is what I use and it tells you all about how to program and reset the features.

Did you install aftermarket keyless entry, and now the switch doesnt work? or did it just stop working?
