I have a Viper 5906V connected to multiple sensors.
Vehicle: 2019 Ford F-150 Raptor. Push to Start w/factory alarm & factory remote start

I have a Viper 5906V hooked up via a FLC-AL(DL)-FM8 iDataLink and everything is working properly with the Viper fob. I can arm the security system and while it is armed I can remote start the vehicle, which is all controlled thru the iDataLink canBus.

The issue I am trying to solve for is if I want to use the free factory FordPass App to remote start the vehicle from very long distances. When the truck is remoted started via the FordPass app, it triggers the Viper impact sensors and sounds the alarm. All I need is a simple output somewhere to know when the factory remote start was activated.

I looked at the Viper's GWR (Ground When Running) output but it is ONLY grounded if the remote start process was started by the Viper Fob. It does not supply a ground when the vehicle is started via the FordPass app, even though that information is going over the can bus line that the iDataLink is monitoring.

Any ideas how I can stop the impact sensors from going off when the factory remote start process is initiated? If I just had a way to monitor the canBus or get a signal somewhere I would be all set.
