I have a mid 93 peterbuilt 379 dump truck. Anyone happen to know if parklights need a relay to make light flash stronger off unit? With switch it shows 12 pos which is pretty normal but unlock won’t flash them. APS997e unit too btw

That system will handle your parking lights. Where did you connect the White/Red wire? It should be connected to a constant 12 volt source capable of providing 30 amps of current.

I used 12volt off ignition switch. When I metered the white output wire (from alarm) and press lock or unlock it shows 12volt off unit output. The switch at the truck gives the wire I tapped into 12volt. Can’t figure out why if I duplicated what the truck switch does why it wouldn’t work
