Hello All,
I had a Clifford Matrix 50.5x alarm installed on my 2000 Acura Integra years ago and it's never given me any problems. Fast forward to present day and the hood pin snapped so I went ahead and replaced it.
In doing so, I pulled the wire leading from the hood pin down into the main alarm brain, noticed a few loose harnesses, zip tied them and thought everything was fine.
When I go to to arm the car, the siren no longer "chirps" but you hear a faint beep sound. I disconnect my batteries for a while and still nothing. My 2 way pager doesn't recognize the car being armed either.
However when I turn the parking lights on, the siren comes on but you hear a very faint alarm rather than a full blast. Has anyone experienced this? Did I trip something?
