Hello,
I need help troubleshooting my autostart unit. I purchased an 03 Subaru Baja (manual) with an autostart unit. The model number on the unit brain is "MDL 2371HD". I can only assume this means it is the AS-2371 model.
I went into programming mode to switch the ready mode from parking brake enabled to remote enabled. Now the unit will not start the vehicle. I believe this is a programming issue and not wiring, as it was working before.
There's no installed bypasses or relays from what I can tell. I also recently changed the fuses and car battery to troubleshoot, with no luck.
The only error code I get is 3 flashes on failed startup. User manuals show tach issue, but the unit confirms tach reprogramming without issue.
Thoughts?
