Doing my 1st remote start install on a 2017 VW Alltrack. I have a iDatastart CMVWXa0 with the additional THR-VW1 wire harness. I know my way around cars so not a beginner at cars just remote starts. So I have a few questions and would be great to hear from someone familiar with iDatastart. Here is a link to the instructions which are not really instructions just a wiring diagram

1st. Do I need a fuse before I connect to constant power .
2nd. In the M5 section the Immobilizer where they cut the wire what is #02 wire connected to then once it's cut or is it left just taped off.
3rd. The 20 loop wire around the extra fob were do you put the fob next to the unit?
4th. In section Immobilizer(D) it looks like I have to take the steering column apart is that correct. Not quite sure what this pic is.
5th. Don't see a specific ground wire is the unit grounded through the harness.

That's it for now . Thanks.
