PARKING LIGHTS ( + ) = PURPLE/WHITE (+)     @ DRIVERS KICK PANEL or SJB, GRAY 13-PIN PLUG(E), PIN 6. The SJB (Smart Junction Box) is located under the Drivers Dash.

Do you have add-on lighting connected to your truck on the same parking light circuit? Is it pulling more than 10 amps total? You may need to use a relay.

No, nothing else connected to the parking circuit, there are 4 wires coming of the back off the headlight switch, could it be a different wire? Everything else on the remote start works with the unlock and lock feature just not the parking lights

Its not available at the switch. It's in the 2 locations that wirewise posted above.

With a relay you can do it at the switch but it's less work to grab it at the kick or SJB where it can be connected directly.

If you want to use a relay then use this diagram. The 2009 Econoline in the bottom chart should be the correct colors as I believe the wiring is the same from 2009-2016.
